Three-storey residential development comprising 1 x 3 bedroom, 4 x 2 bedroom and 2 x 1 bedroom flats. New development includes renewable energy system for penthouse flats and communal areas. Our involvement in the project included detailed design and submission of application for approval of details reserved by conditions. Building Regulations Consent obtained and followed through with site construction queries till completion.
