A dilapidated single storey bungalow located in a conservation area of no particular architectural merit was demolished to provide 5 flats of varying occupancies. Planning Consent was obtained for 3 flats following an Appeal which was granted with costs. Subsequently two additional flats were sought and gained by negotiations with Council. Building regulations were gained followed through by successful construction completion.
