Various schemes were taken to pre-planning stages including an Apartment Hotel located within Curtain Place EC 2 , ensuring  light infringements of adjoining properties were respected. Schemes were presented to planners in conjunction with Savills Planning Department. Client subsequently changed his investment objectives.
