Nos 104-108 and No.110-112 Curtain Road were 4 storey dilapidated warehouses. 

No 110-112 was converted, refurbished and extended providing a 5 storey building with mixed use of commercial & residential units. All planning and regulatory consents were obtained.  The mix comprised of 9 residential flats and 7 Class B1 offices. The flats were varied 3x1 bed, 2x 2 bed, 2x 3 bed, 1x 4 bed & studio penthouse flat with a private studio office. The project was carried through to completion. 

A subsequent project to convert the compact top floor penthouse flat by extending further upwards was taken to planning stage to provide a further 2 flats. These took advantage of the views of the city skyline and surrounding areas. The client changed his investment objectives.

Prior to this project the adjoining warehouse at 104 -108 Curtain Road was converted into 17 flats allowing accommodation for Pool recreation premises at Ground and Basement levels.
